Located in the heart of the Filipino agricultural belt, the Mensch Filam estate spans over 2,500 acres of volcanic-rich soil. Our unique microclimate, characterized by consistent rainfall and tempered tropical heat, allows us to grow varieties that are impossible to cultivate elsewhere.

Sustainable Practices

We operate as a closed-loop ecosystem. Every byproduct of our harvest is recycled back into the soil as organic compost. By avoiding chemical pesticides and focusing on soil health, we ensure that our trees produce fruit with deep, complex flavor profiles that reflect the integrity of the earth.

Unlike industrial plantations that rely on mechanical harvesters, every square inch of our farm is managed by a team of heritage farmers. This human-centric approach allows us to inspect every tree daily, harvesting only at the peak of ripeness.
